Turn AI potential into practical business advantage.
We help organisations understand where AI can create value, build a practical roadmap and put it to work—through diagnostics, executive and team workshops, pilots, governance and implementation.
What we create
From scattered experiments to a practical AI roadmap.
Strategy with its sleeves rolled up. Clear priorities, working pilots and the capability to make successful ideas stick.

01
AI diagnostic & roadmap
Assess current AI use, workflows, capability and risk—then identify priorities and build a practical plan.
Readiness · Opportunities · Roadmap

02
Executive & team workshops
Give leaders strategic clarity and help teams apply AI to the work they actually do. Executive briefings from $2,700 + GST; half-day workshops from $4,400 + GST; full days from $6,000 + GST.
Leadership · Skills · Adoption

03
Pilots & implementation
Build priority workflows with real teams, measure the value and turn successful experiments into reliable systems people can use every day.
Prototypes · Workflows · Delivery

04
Governance & rollout
Create practical guardrails, training and support so AI can scale safely across the organisation.
Policy · Capability · Scale

Learn it. Test it. Put it to work.
Start with an executive briefing or practical team workshop, then move into opportunity mapping, pilots and implementation. We connect strategic clarity with hands-on delivery, so teams leave with more than inspiration—and successful ideas become everyday capability.

How we work
A strategy designed to be used.
Senior strategic thinking connected to the reality of your teams, workflows and customer-facing work.
01
Diagnose
Map current use, capability, workflows, pain points and risk across the organisation.
02
Align
Use executive and team workshops to agree priorities, build capability and define responsible use.
03
Prove
Build pilots with real teams, measure the result and refine what works.
04
Scale
Roll out the workflows, governance, training and support needed for lasting adoption.
AI adoption is happening. Is it adding up?
Some employees are achieving remarkable results. Others are duplicating effort, sharing sensitive information, trusting inaccurate outputs or building disconnected systems that cannot scale. We bring those experiments into one picture, identify what is worth backing, and turn isolated wins into coordinated organisational capability.

Common questions
AI consulting, answered.
Can you develop an organisation-wide AI strategy?
Yes. We begin with an AI diagnostic covering leadership priorities, team capability, current tools, workflows, risks and existing experiments. We then produce an opportunity map and staged roadmap covering priority use cases, pilots, governance, training, investment and rollout.
What is an AI opportunity map?
It is a practical view of where AI could improve work across the organisation. Each opportunity is assessed against potential value, implementation difficulty, data requirements, risk and readiness—helping leadership separate useful priorities from exciting distractions.
Can you help implement the roadmap?
Yes. We can design and run pilots, develop workflows and internal systems, create prompt and knowledge resources, train teams, establish governance and support broader rollout. For content, communications and creative production, Pixel Juice can also build and prove the production model directly.
What happens in an AI workshop?
Executive briefings focus on opportunity, risk and the decisions leadership needs to make. Team workshops are built around real roles and workflows, combining practical demonstrations, hands-on exercises and use-case discovery. Executive briefings start at $2,700 + GST, half-day workshops at $4,400 + GST and full-day workshops at $6,000 + GST.
Can you help with AI governance and policy?
Yes. We create practical guardrails for privacy, copyright, security, quality and human review—the kind people can actually follow, rather than a policy document nobody reads.

Where could AI make the biggest difference?
Bring us the overloaded team, repetitive process, scattered experiments or organisation-wide ambition. We’ll help you work out what matters, what comes first and how to prove it.
